photo meme

I put this in my own journal, and a couple weeks later (today) I realized that this comm. might enjoy this. I didn't actually finish :(

quote from gelasia's journal

Angelajenessa created another amazing photo-meme. i encourage you all that have digital cameras to join in the fun!

So this is a type of visual survey - you preferably take new photos to sord of answer these questions, statements or use old photographs if necessary. They are numbered 1 through 27. They are in order from what I deem to be the easiest all the way to the most difficult. Please do one, two, five, ten or all - it does not matter which ones you do or how many. Pick out the ones you like or think you can do. Post the results in your journal (preferably behind an LJ-cut if you do more than one or two). use your imagination. Answer them anyway you like. If you have any questions feel free to ask here.
The deadline was this Friday the 5th but I think it should be extended till Sunday night - that way you can work on it over the weekend.
Get out your digital cameras. Have fun with this. Don't be intimidated if you think they are hard to conceptualize - do only the ones you think you can do! I am excited about what you may come up with!

my 2 cents:
whatever - I do what I want! deadline schmeadline, if you can do this now, great, if not, oh well. I spent about 2 hours or so running around my apartment to do this.

Easiest:
1. Show me a picture that is on your wall
2. Show me something/someone you love deeply.
3. Show me something you use regularly.
4. Show me a moment in your life at 3pm. 7pm. 11pm.
5. Surprise me.
6. What makes you free?
7. Take me somewhere that gives you joy.
8. Show me your angry face.
9. Show me a strength.

Harder:
10. What would someone need to do for you to fall in love with them?
11. Describe your favorite sense, excluding sight.
12. What do you notice that others don't?
13. How do you present yourself to others?
14. "what does winter say to you?"
15. "Straight lines go too quickly to appreciate the pleasures of the journey." - René Crevel
16. Locality most like a dream?
17. Talk to your face.
18. An inventory of the body.

Hardest:
19. What are your obstacles?
20. Let us walk in the rain
like lost animals.
21. Pose a question.
22. Nature
Nature is not kind;
It treats all things impartially.
The Sage is not kind,
And treats all people impartially.
Nature is like a bellows,
Empty, yet never ceasing its supply.
The more it moves, the more it yields;
So the sage draws upon experience
And cannot be exhausted.
23. "You hide behind a night butterfly, doing its most beautiful mimicry and sacrificing its sleep for you." - Meret Oppenheim
24. What makes so much sense to our dry bodies, what makes so much sense to our hot hearts.
25. You are a lover that forever flees me,
looks to the ground, waits,
calls me by my lost name, lifts your skirt.
26. Try telling me your teeth. Your voice. Now hand me your arms.
27. "When the socially conditioned fear of the ugly has been overcome, pleasure and psychological power are acquired." - Nadia Choucha
